The RCDSMM (Resource Conservation District of the Santa Monica Mountains)

Designed in collaboration with Clark Stevens and Ara Hovsepyan this 120-square-foot structure was with landscape architect Ron Durbin, who assisted in terrain concepts. The project was used as an educational exhibit of Los Angeles County's Low Impact Development Standards (LIDs) and for fire-safe building and landscape approaches. The site is located at the Los Angeles County Fire Department Forestry Unit property, at the border of Malibu and Calabasas.
